Calgary, Alberta – May 4, 2018 - Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. ("IDC" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: "IDL") discloses today that the filing of the company’s annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017 and the related management’s discussion and analysis for the year ended December 31, 2017 were delayed. As a result, the Alberta Securities Commission issued a cease trade order against the Company and securities have been halted from trading.
The Company is actively working with its auditors to file the 2017 Annual Financial Statements, which the Company expects to be completed imminently. Once the 2017 Annual Financial Statements are filed, the Company will seek to have the Cease Trade Order revoked. The Company will be forthcoming with an update on the 2017 Annual Financial Statements once the required filings have been made.
